President & CEO
David Christie is a professional geologist and investment manager with nearly 29 years of experience in the resource industry. David worked as an exploration geologist with a number of resource companies for more than 14 years, predominantly in the Abitibi sub-province of Quebec and Ontario. He moved to a mining equity research role in 2000, where he was highly ranked in industry surveys as a senior gold and precious mineral equity analyst at two bank-owned brokerages. David joined Bellotti Goodman Inc. as President in 2011, and was appointed Vice President of Goodman and Company, Investment Counsel Inc. and Dundee Resources Limited in 2012, taking on both merchant banking and investment management roles. David is registered as a professional geologist with APGO and NAPEG and is a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. He has been a director of Eagle Hill since August 2013, and is also a director of Formation Metals Inc. and two private companies: Condor Precious Metals Inc. and True North Nickel Inc.

Chief Financial Officer
Danny Lee is a Chartered Accountant with more than 18 years of experience, including eight years as the Chief Financial Officer of resource companies. Danny's experience includes financial reporting for both Canadian and US listed companies with international subsidiaries, strategic planning, tax planning, corporate governance, equity financings and due diligence for acquisitions. Danny has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of British Columbia and articled as an accountant with Deloitte & Touche.

Vice President, Exploration
Dr. Desrochers holds a PhD in geology from University of Montreal and has over 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry in Canada, Central America and South America. He has been involved with intermediate and junior mining companies with exploration projects ranging from grassroots to mine-scale, on both surface and underground. Jean-Philippe specializes in the field of structural geology applied to ore deposits in the search for Archean lode gold, volcanogenic massive sulfides, porphyry copper, skarn, and epithermal gold deposits. He worked on the Windfall Lake Gold Project as Vice-President of Exploration for Murgor Resources Inc. (MGR: TSX-V) from 2005 through to May of 2010, and joined Eagle Hill as Chief Geologist in 2010. Past experience also includes senior positions with Aur Resources and SRK Consulting.

Vice President, Communications & Investor Relations
Rhylin Bailie brings a diverse skill set and more than 18 years of mining experience to her position with Eagle Hill. Rhylin manages the Communications and Investor Relations programs for a number of publicly listed companies as an employee of J Proust & Associates, a public company management and venture capital company. Currently she is also Vice President, Communications & Investor Relations for Southern Arc Minerals, a gold exploration company. Before joining J. Proust & Associates, Rhylin was Director Communications & Investor Relations from 2006 to 2011 for NovaGold Resources, a TSX and NYSE-AMEX listed precious metals company. From 1995 to 2006 Rhylin held various positions in the Treasury group at Placer Dome. Rhylin is a graduate of University of Waterloo, Ontario, where she completed a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree with a double major in Resource Studies and Biology and a minor in English. Ms. Bailie used her environmental background to introduce a number of initiatives at NovaGold, including a head office health and safety program and comprehensive sustainability reporting. She is on the National Board of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.

Corporate Secretary
Eileen Au currently serves as Corporate Secretary to various public and private companies as an employee of J Proust & Associates, a public company management and venture capital company. Eileen worked in the capital markets in Asia for more than 15 years, beginning her career at an international brokerage firm before moving on to regional Asian firms. She is currently also the Corporate Secretary of Canada Energy Partners andSouthern Arc Minerals, bothTSX-V listed companies. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Acadia University.


Executive Chairman
John Proust is the founder and principal shareholder of numerous public and private companies. He has successfully managed, directed and advised public and private companies regarding debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring since 1986. Highly regarded in the industry for his management skills and attention to detail, he has held senior positions and served on the boards of numerous private and TSX Venture Exchange listed companies. He is currently Chairman, CEO and a director of Southern Arc Minerals, Chairman and a director of Canada Energy Partners, and a director of New Zealand Energy, all TSX-V listed issuers. He also serves as a director of Outrider Energy and American Potash, both CSE listed issuers. Mr. Proust received the designation of Chartered Director (CDir) from McMaster University, Directors College, Michael G. DeGroote School of Business.

Director, President & CEO
David Christie joined Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. and Dundee Resources Limited as Vice President in 2012.  Mr. Christie has 29 years of experience in the resource sector, including 14 years as a geologist, 12 years as a gold equity analyst, and one year in resource financing. Mr. Christie spent 14 years working in the North American mining industry, exploring for gold, base metals, uranium and platinum group metals. During his time as a geologist, Mr. Christie also worked at a number of underground operating gold mines. Mr. Christie spent the next 12 years as a highly ranked gold and precious minerals two bank-owned brokerages. Since joining the Dundee organization in 2011, Mr. Christie has taken on merchant banking and investment management roles.  Mr. Christie received a Bachelor of Science in Geology from McMaster University in 1986, is a Professional Geoscientist with APGO and NAPEG, and a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada.He has been a director of Eagle Hill since August 2013, and is also a director of Formation Metals Inc. and two private companies: Condor Precious Metals Inc. and True North Nickel Inc.

Mike Andrews is a geologist with over 30 years of research and mining industry experience in gold, copper, coal and iron exploration. Dr. Andrews has led the development of numerous projects from grassroots exploration through to feasibility and production. He played an instrumental role in the discovery, exploration, feasibility and development of the highly profitable underground gold-silver Way Linggo Mine on Sumatra, Indonesia. Dr. Andrews has held senior operating and advisory roles with many public and private companies. Currently he is President, COO and a director of Southern Arc Minerals. Dr. Andrews holds an honours degree in Geology from the University of Reading and a doctorate in exploration geochemistry from the University of Wales, and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Carl Calandra took the position of Senior Legal Counsel with Dundee Corporation in 2010. With eight years of legal practice experience, Carl is responsible for matters of corporate finance, commercial law and investment funds on behalf of Dundee, its operating subsidiaries, managed investment funds and investee companies. Prior to joining Dundee Corporation, Carl was a corporate and securities law associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP and Miller Thomson LLP, both distinguished national law firms. Carl gained valuable experience during these years in private practice and participated in a number of high profile Canadian and international transactions. Carl graduated from the concurrent Honours Business Administration / Bachelor of Law programs at the University of Western Ontario in 2005 and earned his Masters of Business Administration (with distinction) at the Ivey Business School in 2007. Carl is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and was called to the Bar in 2006.

Bob Parsons is a Chartered Accountant and former PricewaterhouseCoopers partner. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Indonesian Mining Association and the International Affairs Committee of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and is a director of Indico Minerals, Prism Resources and Kennady Diamonds. In 2013 Bob was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his contribution to Canada's minerals industry. Bob has served as a board member of the PDAC (from 1985 to 2003), the Indonesian Mining Association, the Canada Indonesia Chamber of Commerce, the World Mines Ministries Forum, the Canadian Minerals Industry Federation, the Advisory Council of the Centre for Resource Studies at Queens University, and the Professional Advisory Board of the Government of Canada's Petroleum Monitoring Agency. Bob Parsons has previously served on the boards of several publicly listed exploration companies, including Weda Bay Minerals Inc. and Norsemont Mining Inc. Bob is active as an independent consultant in developing countries, where he has advised twenty governments on mineral policy matters.

Mr. Girard is a Mining Engineer with extensive hands-on experience planning and operating Canadian mines. Mr. Girard started his career with Falconbridge Copper as a mining engineer in 1980, and moved to Agnico Eagle Mines in 1987 as Chief Engineer of LaRonde Mine in Quebec. Mr. Girard held increasingly senior positions with Agnico Eagle, eventually retiring from the position of Vice President Canadian Operations in 2012. During his 25 years at Agnico Eagle, Mr. Girard was instrumental in the development of its flagship LaRonde mine and in the advancement of the Goldex and Lapa mines in Quebec. Mr. Girard was an integral part of a successful senior management team that oversaw the growth of Agnico Eagle from 400 employees to over 4,000 employees at the time of his retirement.
