P. BRADLEY KITCHEN
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Kitchen is a Vancouver-based businessman and has been the President of PBK Financial Engineering since April, 1997, a company that offers corporate finance consulting to small-cap corporations.
Mr. Kitchen has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Hill since its inception in 2006 and is also the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd., another TSX-V listed issuer. In addition to his current and past roles with multiple TSX Venture Exchange issuers, Mr. Kitchen also served as Vice President of CIBC World Markets (formerly CIBC Wood Gundy Securities Inc.) and TD Securities Inc. for more than eleven years.
Mr. Kitchen received his Masters of Business Administration from McGill University in June, 1987. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia in January, 1985.
RICHARD NEMIS
Director
Mr. Nemis was born in Sudbury, Ontario Canada 1938, graduated St. Charles College, Sudbury, Ontario, University of Ottawa and Osgoode Hall Law School and called to the bar in the Province of Ontario as Barrister and Solicitor in 1968. He practiced law continuously until approximately 1995, in the fields of corporate, commercial and securities law.
Mr. Nemis established Noront Resources Ltd. in 1983 and continued to act in a senior management position as President and CEO until the fall of 2008 when he was named Chairman Emeritus of Noront in recognition of his contributions to the company’s success which included the discovery of “The Ring of Fire” McFaulds Lake area, north eastern Ontario. During his tenure with Noront, Noront also funded the exploration and discovery of the Beaver Brook Antimony Mine in Gander, Newfoundland. Mr. Nemis established Central Crude Ltd. and, while President and CEO of Central Crude, the company discovered and developed the Eagle River Gold Mine in Wawa, Ontario which is currently in production. While President of Central Crude, the company was also associated with the Moss Lake Deposit located west of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Mr. Nemis is currently a senior member and part owner of what is considered to be the largest structural steel fabricator in northern Ontario, operating since 1946 out of Sudbury, Ontario. (Noront Steel Ltd.) Over a forty year span, Mr. Nemis is and has been associated with numerous major resource companies.
GERALD B. RUTH
Director
Mr. Ruth graduated from Wilfred Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) in 1981 and earned his designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1983. Mr. Ruth was with the Toronto Stock Exchange for over 15 years and was the head of the listings group for the last six of those years. He has been an independent corporate finance consultant since 2003 and a director and audit committee member of various private and public companies including formerly TSX listed Western Goldfields Inc. and is currently CEO of Gersan Capital Corp. and a Director of Yukon-Nevada Gold Corp. (TSX).
CALE THOMAS
Chief Financial Officer and Director
Mr. Thomas is currently the Chief Financial Officer and controller of a portfolio of public companies. These companies include Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd., the Corporation, Mammoth Capital Corporation and 26 Broadway Capital Corporation. Mr. Thomas has also been the controller of Grenville Gold Corp. from June 2006 to May 2008 and CFO of Supreme Resources (formerly Universal Energy) from April 2006 to December 2006. These companies are all TSX-V listed issuers. Mr. Thomas has extensive experience developing large and small corporations with specific focus on business modeling and cash flow analysis of resource-based issuers.
Mr. Thomas obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and then continued on to obtain his Master of Business Administration degree with majors in finance, accounting and venture capital management from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
ANDRÉ C. TESSIER, P. Geo., P. Eng.

André Tessier holds an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique in Montréal and a Master`s degree in geology from Queen`s University in Kingston. He has twenty-five (25) years experience in the mineral industry and since 2003, has been President of Murgor Resources Inc. (MGR: TSX-V). Mr. Tessier was an independent geological consultant specializing in structural geology and mineral exploration. Mr. Tessier has been involved in numerous exploration programs for major, and junior mining companies including regional surface exploration programs as well as underground and open-pit mine exploration projects. He has experience with a wide variety of deposit types in Canada, South America and Central Asia.
AMANDEEP RAI
Corporate Secretary
Ms. Rai is currently the Corporate Secretary of the Corporation and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. In addition, Ms. Rai has provided corporate and regulatory services to numerous TSX Venture and CNSX listed issuers.
Ms. Rai obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree (Political Science) from the University of British Columbia. At this time, Ms. Rai is also completing her law degree at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
