NEIL W. RICHARDSON, P. Geo.
Advisor

Mr. Richardson has over 22 years experience in mineral exploration and mining operations of base metal and precious metal deposits throughout Canada. Mr. Richardson was most recently the Manager of Exploration for Murgor Resources Inc. where he was responsible for delineation of two projects to National Instrument 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimates, project generation, process discipline and corporate growth strategies. Prior to joining Murgor in 2006, Mr. Richardson worked for HudBay Minerals Inc as a Senior Exploration Geologist responsible for greenfield and brownfield projects in the Flin Flon - Snow Lake area. He was part of a team that discovered a number of new mineralized zones throughout the belt. He also has past experience as a Senior Mine Geologist with extensive background in resource - reserve estimations and operations. Mr. Richardson graduated from Cambrian College in 1988, with a Geological Engineering Technology diploma. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba.

WES ROBERTS, P.Eng.
Advisor

Wes Roberts is Vice-President Mining of HB Global Advisors Corp. and a professional engineer specializing in the economic evaluation and development of mineral deposits. He brings to Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation more than twenty-five years of experience in mineral exploration, mining operations, project engineering and management, as well as diverse mining engineering experience that includes precious and base metals and industrial minerals. Mr. Roberts has been a licensed Professional Engineer of Ontario since 1984.

IAN CHISHOLM, P.Geo.
Technical Advisor

Mr. Chisholm has over forty-five years of experience in mineral exploration and mines within the natural resource sector. Ian currently consults to local and international mining groups specializing in due diligence and resource audits. He previously was manager of Geological Services for a company specializing in resource and reserve evaluation and was Vice-President of a Canadian exploration company specializing in the search for platinum and precious metals.

TERENCE F.  SCHORN, P.Geo.
Technical Advisor

Mr. Schorn is a graduate of the world renowned Haileybury School of Mines and brings over fifty years' experience in mineral exploration, development and production to the Company. Mr. Schorn currently serves as Director of numerous junior resource companies and currently sits on the Board of Directors of War Eagle Mining Company Inc. (WAR: TSX-V), and Yankee Hat Minerals (KHT: TSX-V) as well as Schorham Resources Ltd. (SMH: TSX-V).

Darrell Turcotte
Technical Advisor

Darrell Turcotte holds a Geology degree from Carleton University in Ottawa and has over twenty-six (26) years in the mineral exploration field in Canada, East Africa, the Caribbean and Central Asia.  His experience ranges from grassroots regional reconnaissance surveys to more advanced detailed surface exploration and underground mine development projects. He has hands-on experience using a wide range of exploration methods that include ground-based geophysics, bore-hole physical properties surveys (surface and underground), field geochemistry (soil, stream and heavy mineral concentrates), and a variety of spectral techniques including infrared hyper spectral analysis. He also has a solid background of commercial laboratory work experience involving the processing and testing of mineral exploration samples. Mr. Turcotte has been involved in numerous metal projects that include Archean lode-style gold, Paleozoic epithermal gold, porphyry copper-gold, volcanogenic massive sulphides, molybdenum-tungsten skarn-greisen, and rare earth type deposits. He also has experience in nonmetals, specifically, diamond exploration, and spent several years working in the development of an advanced metallurgical (coking) coal deposit project that is presently a producing coal mine.

JOHN HARVEY
Advisor

Mr. Harvey received a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Brunswick in 1959. He received his P.Eng designation in 1964. Mr. Harvey has been active in the mining industry since 1960, working as V.P. Exploration for United Carina Resources, Prospectors Alliance Corp., Western Copper Holdings Limited and Prime Equities Inc. Mr. Harvey was also Senior. V.P. of Exploration for Noranda Inc. from 1982 to 1994. Mr. Harvey currently operates a private geological consulting firm.

Mr. Harvey has spent most of his professional career employed in mineral exploration with Noranda Inc., including positions as President of Hemlo Gold Mines and President of Noranda Exploration Company Ltd. prior to his work for Noront Resources Ltd. Mr. Harvey was Chief Operating Officer of Noront Resources Ltd. until September of 2009.

BOB BRYCE
Advisor

Robert C. Bryce is member of the Governance and Audit Committees. Mr Robert C. Bryce is member of the Quebec Order of Engineers and of the Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MIC). Cumulating nearly 50 years of mine construction and operation. Mr. Bryce has work with significant base metal mines and concentrators in North Western Quebec. Recently, he was involved, for the seven last year, in the public junior mining company exploration and administration.

After having worked more than 10 years for the Opémiska mine at Chapais, Quebec, (Falconbridge Copper Ltd.), finishing as Assistant Mine Manager, Mr. Bryce moved to become Director General of the Selbaie Mines, Joutel, Quebec, from 1975 to 1990. From 1991 to 1994, he was Vice-president mining operations for Aur Ressources Inc. Subsquently, he was, until 1999, Vice-president and Director of Resources Procoloro Inc. Mr Bryce founded Ressources Abitex inc. in 1996 and was the President of this Company untill the beginning of 2007. He remains a member of its Board of Directors. He is also director of Alexis Minerals Inc., Western Wind Energy, Kalahari Resources Inc. and Scorpio Mining Corp.
